Aesthetic medicine that still looks like your own face

Every procedure performed by a qualified doctor, never a technician. We will tell you when a treatment will not achieve what you are hoping for — and we decline more consultations than we convert.

Who we turn away

A good aesthetic doctor says no about a third of the time

The treatments that go wrong are usually the ones that should never have been done. These are the situations where we will decline, refer, or ask you to wait — and we will explain why rather than sell you something else.

Book an honest assessment
Unrealistic expectations. [If you have brought a photo of someone else's face, we will talk about what is anatomically possible for yours.]
Signs of body dysmorphia. [We screen for it. Where indicated we refer to a mental-health professional rather than treat.]
Too young. [We do not treat under-[18]s for cosmetic indications, and are cautious well above that age.]
Over-filled already. [Adding more is the common error. Sometimes the right treatment is dissolving, then waiting.]
An event next week. [Bruising and settling take time. We will not inject days before a wedding.]
Treatments

What we offer, and what it honestly does

Every card states how long it lasts and what it will not fix — because that is the part patients are not told.

[Botulinum toxin]

[Softens dynamic lines from muscle movement — forehead, frown, crow's feet.]

Will not fix: [static lines etched at rest, or skin laxity.]

Lasts [3–4] months · effect from day [3–14]

[Dermal fillers]

[Restores volume lost with age — mid-face, temples, under-eye where suitable.]

Will not fix: [significant sagging, which needs lifting rather than filling.]

Lasts [6–18] months · reversible

[Laser & energy devices]

[Pigmentation, texture, scarring and hair reduction, device chosen to your skin type.]

Will not fix: [pigmentation that is hormonal in origin, without treating the cause.]

[3–6] sessions · higher care on deeper skin tones

[Skin boosters & peels]

[Hydration, fine texture and glow. The least dramatic and most repeatable category.]

Will not fix: [volume loss or lines — this is skin quality, not structure.]

Course of [3–4] · maintenance ongoing

[Medical dermatology]

[Acne, melasma, rosacea and hair loss — treated medically before anything cosmetic.]

Note: [often the right first step; cosmetic work on untreated skin disappoints.]

Ongoing · prescription-led

Correction & dissolving

[If work done elsewhere has left you unhappy, we assess and correct — including dissolving filler. No judgement about where it was done.]

Discuss a realistic plan

Indicative at placeholder rates. Your actual plan depends on assessment — and we may recommend less than you have selected here.

Before and after, unretouched

Drop in your own consented photographs — same lighting, same angle, no filter, no makeup change. Check your council's rules on publishing these at all.

Why our photos look less dramatic

Dramatic before/afters usually involve changed lighting, angle, makeup or expression — or overtreatment that will not age well. Ours are shot in fixed conditions, which makes the difference look smaller and be more honest.

Results vary between individuals. Nothing shown is a guarantee of your outcome.

Answers

Before you book

Anything else, call [PHONE] — a doctor will answer clinical questions, not a salesperson.

Message the clinic

[Explain your dosing philosophy, that conservative first treatment can always be added to, and that the "done" look usually comes from volume over years rather than one session.]

[Answer directly: you return to your baseline as the product wears off — you do not look worse than if you had never started. Correct that myth explicitly.]

[Name what a low price implies — diluted product, unapproved or parallel-imported product, non-doctor injector, no reversal agent on site. Tell the patient exactly what to ask.]

[Explain Fitzpatrick typing, which devices and settings you use for higher types, test patches, and the real post-inflammatory pigmentation risk.]

[Be clear which treatments are reversible and which must simply wear off. State your review-visit and correction policy, and what it costs.]

[Describe appointment privacy, that photographs are never used without separate written consent, and how records are stored.]

Consultation

[30] minutes with a doctor. No treatment that day.

We assess, photograph in standard conditions, and give you a written plan with costs. You go home and think about it. That gap is deliberate — it is how people avoid decisions they regret.

[Consultation fee [₹XXX], adjusted against treatment if you proceed.]
[We will tell you if the answer is skincare, sleep or nothing at all.]
[Unhappy with work done elsewhere? Bring the details, no judgement.]
